Start in the app

Open More > Settings. Account contains sign-in and cloud backup controls, Health shows device permissions, Data provides export and reset tools, and Support records detailed feedback.

Before reporting a problem

• Confirm Athlyst is updated to the newest TestFlight or App Store build.
• Record the page, action, and approximate time of the issue.
• For GPS, Health, camera, or Watch problems, include the permission state and device model.
• Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private health notes, exact home routes, or unredacted progress photos.

Community safety

Open a community item and use its menu to report unsafe, misleading, abusive, infringing, or impersonating content. Muting a creator removes that creator from your community discovery results on the device. Reports are reviewed and may cause content to be hidden or removed.

Contact support

Email auth@joinrebook.com with "Athlyst Support" in the subject. Include the app version, build number, device model, iOS version, and concise reproduction steps.

Data requests

Use Settings to export, reset, or delete the cloud copy associated with your signed-in account. For a verified privacy or deletion request that cannot be completed in the app, contact support from the account email address.
